Installation
Installation Steps
1. Preparing the Foundation
Ensure the installation foundation (such as the keel) is flat and secure.
If installing outdoors, drill holes first and secure the keel to the ground with expansion screws.
Securing the First Deck
Place the first deck in the starting position on the prepared foundation.
Secure it to the keel using screws and special clamps, ensuring the screws are flat and do not protrude from the surface.
2. Attaching Subsequent Deck
Insert the plastic T-clip into the slot on the first deck.
Align the slot on the second deck with the slot on the T-clip and the slot on the first deck and attach.
Secure the T-clip to the keel with screws, laying the foundation for attaching the subsequent decks.
According to the manufacturer's guidelines, leave an appropriate gap between decks (e.g., 3 cm from the building) to account for thermal expansion and contraction.
3. Finishing Touches
Check that all decks are aligned and straight.
Install edge molding or edge banding to cover any gaps at the edges. If necessary, a sealant or protective layer can be applied to increase durability.
